Hi, we're Meekha and Rose, the two people behind Ruhroop.
What started as an idea between two college friends has slowly grown into something that feels a lot like our own little child. We're both working in IT, learning to navigate our careers while building Ruhroop one piece at a time. We're still new to this, figuring things out as we go, and putting a little bit of ourselves into everything we create.
From sourcing fabrics and coordinating stitching to modelling, creating content, and managing our page, we do almost everything ourselves. Our amazing friends step in to help us bring our ideas to life through photoshoots, and we're so grateful to have them as part of this journey.
Being a small, Kerala-based brand, one thing that's always mattered to us is growing alongside our community.
We source all our fabrics from within India, and our stitching team is based here too. By working with local vendors, artisans, and small-scale workers, we hope to support the talent and craftsmanship around us while building something of our own.
For us, Ruhroop isn't just about the clothes. It's about the people behind them, the little details that go into making each piece, and the community we get to grow with.
